AFLighting announces the introduction of a new collection of lamps by designer Deborah Benz. These lamps are part of AFLighting’s new Horizon Series featuring 4 designers and 37 introductions.
With experience as a buying executive for furniture and home décor, and as head of design and development for lighting and furniture organizations, Deborah brings a strong background to her design work.
Blending natural elements into simple and striking designs to create lighting that evokes a feeling of natural harmony is a hallmark of Deborah’s design philosophy. “I love to mix historical with modern elements in ways that create inspired stand-alone pieces that will thrive in any setting,” she says.
As Paul Spano of AFLighting says, “The way Deborah brings natural elements into her work and makes them fit snugly into any environment is simply remarkable. As with our other new designers, Deborah’s work is rich, elegant, and comfortable all at once.”
Forty-nine of AFLighting’s new designs, including the renowned creations of Candice Olson, can be seen at the High Point Market, Straaton Group Showroom, IHFC-D320, in April.
